Start your Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and team dynamic journey

This is an ideal introduction to the EQ & team dynamic journey for companies/ entrepreneurs willing to launch the 'EQ conversation' in their environment and raise self and social awareness among their team(s). The exercise starts with an EQ and team dynamic introduction to the leaders participating. An on-line questionnaire allows them to define and reflect on the profile of the leader and is discussed in a 1-to-1 session online.

Leadership coaching

Activate your Emotional Intelligence (EQ) to achieve your professional goal

This format aims to unlock the leader’s potential to achieve defined individual goals for growth. An on-line questionnaire allows them to define and reflect on the profile of the leader and is debriefed and discussed in a 1-to-1 session online. After the 1st session, objectives are set and monitored for the leader to sharpen the EQ talents chosen in real business life & projects.

Team dynamic workshop

Discover and leverage your team's profile to unlock its full potential and succeed harmoniously as a group

This exercise focuses on team dynamic and EQ activation. Collaboration and team growth are used as effective levers to create sustainable performance in complex and challenging environments. The team consciously makes choices on how to progress to be more purposeful and successful. Once the team’s mission is clear, we activate emotional intelligence (EQ) to develop self and social awareness for each team member: Each person reflects individually on her/his brain preferences and natural ‘emotional talents’. After consolidation, an EQ team profile is revealed and openly discussed with the team. The team is coached to take ownership and selects the key talents, behaviors and success factors necessary to grow as a group.

1 introduction on EQ and team dynamic to the team + 1 EQ individual discovery (online or face to face) + 1 team dynamic workshop (face to face only) + 1 leadership session with the team leader (online or face to face)

This customized approach aims to support the person coached in identifying the most relevant options for her/his future career path. 

 

It starts with ​clarifying the approach & emotions toward change before taking a look back on work satisfaction and identifying the ‘Flow’.  An individual brain profiling allows to leverage Emotional Intelligence (EQ) for positive change and unfolds the reflection on the purpose (the why) and long-term vision.

 

Depending on the needs, different tools and exercices are chosen for the coachee to connect the dots and make conscious and purposeful choices.
